The Apothecary School

Hi, I'm Tiana Griego — a second-generation clinical herbalist, medicine maker, and wild herb forager devoted to helping women reclaim their vitality through plants.

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, introduced to herbal medicine by my mother as a child. As a teenager, I healed my own hormonal imbalances with herbs, an experience that sparked a lifelong devotion to women's wellness. In the years since, I've traveled to more than 30 countries, immersing myself in local plant traditions and deepening my understanding of medicine that comes straight from the earth.

I'm a graduate of the Online Herbal Academy, and I'm also the creator of Stardust Apothecary, a line of hand-crafted herbal remedies made in ceremony, and Plantymeds, a shop specializing in entheogens and micro-doses.

The Apothecary School is where all of these threads come together. Here, I share the plant wisdom, protocols, and personal experience that have helped me, and the women I've worked with, move from burnout back to balance.
